Delete your PaisaZen account.
You can start account deletion in the app. If you cannot access the app, send a request from the email address associated with your PaisaZen account.
Use the subject “PaisaZen account deletion request”. We may need to verify that the request belongs to the account holder.
Delete from the app
- Open PaisaZen and go to Settings.
- Open Privacy & Help or the account-deletion option.
- Choose Delete Account Request and follow the confirmation steps.
Local data on your phone
Account deletion and device-local app data are separate. Financial alerts, extracted transactions, notes, categories and financial identities used by the current app are stored locally. Use PaisaZen’s available data controls and remove the app from Android when you no longer want its local application data retained on that device.
What to expect
We will verify and process a valid request within the period required by applicable law. Some minimal records may be retained where necessary for security, fraud prevention, dispute handling or a legal obligation. You will receive a response at the email address used for the request.
